SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This Shipping Policy sets out how we process and deliver orders. It should be read together with our Refund and Returns Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide from Brisbane, Queensland. We do not currently deliver outside Australia.
We do not currently offer local pickup.
2. Processing and dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm (AEST) are generally processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During sale periods, product launches or peak seasons, dispatch may take slightly longer. Where we expect a material delay, we will let you know where reasonably practicable.
3. Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:
-
Standard: 3–5 business days
-
Express: 1–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
Deliveries to remote and regional areas, including Western Australia, the Northern Territory and far north Queensland, may take longer.
Delivery times may also be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action or public holidays.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order. Applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete payment.
Our current indicative rates are:
-
Standard Australia: estimate $11 AUD — free on orders of $95 AUD or more
-
Express Australia: estimate $15 AUD
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Shipping rates may change from time to time. The shipping rate applicable to your order is the rate displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
5. Tracking
Tracking details are emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the dispatch notification, as carrier scans are not always immediate.
If tracking information has not updated after a reasonable period, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
6. Delivery addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
We are generally unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or because it was not collected from the carrier within the applicable holding period, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
A further shipping charge may apply where the return and redelivery resulted from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or the customer's failure to collect the parcel.
If the delivery issue was caused by the carrier or another circumstance outside your control, we will investigate the matter and provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you provide delivery instructions such as an authority to leave or a safe-drop location, those instructions may affect how the carrier completes delivery.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Risk in the goods
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person or place you have authorised to receive them, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our contact form with your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with the carrier and assist with the appropriate next steps.
We ship some products in glass bottles. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, leaking or broken, please photograph the outside of the parcel and the contents and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where practical, photographs taken before opening the parcel can help us investigate the issue and lodge a carrier claim. However, failure to provide photographs does not remove or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If an order is lost, damaged or otherwise affected by a delivery issue, we will provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Nothing in this section limits your rights or remedies under applicable law.
